A 10-year-old boy named Knox was hospitalized after a terrifying accident at Spy Ninjas HQ, an indoor adventure park in Las Vegas. While celebrating his birthday, Knox was riding a zip-line attraction when he plummeted approximately 20 feet to the ground. Video footage of the incident captured the moment the child fell from his harness and landed on the hard floor below, prompting family members to call for emergency medical assistance.

Knox’s uncle, Navonte Hill, described the fall as occurring in ‘slow motion’ and expressed concern over the lack of padding in the landing zone. The young boy suffered a concussion but is fortunately expected to make a full recovery. Spy Ninjas HQ released a statement emphasizing that guest safety is their top priority and noted that the attraction was inspected and declared safe by an independent inspector before it was allowed to reopen following the incident.
